Thank you for choosing Lean Chef.  By visiting or shopping on www.LeanChefMealPrep.com, using Lean Chef Meal Prep services and Lean Chef Meal Prep products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.  Please read them carefully.

 

If I placed an order, I understand and authorize Lean Chef Meal Prep(or its parent company) to charge the credit card I provided, in the amount of the total cost. If I place a "Meal Plan" subscription order, I understand that meal plans are weekly recurring deliveries as stated in the meal plan section of the order page, and throughout the "Meal Plan" order process (stated directly under the words "select a meal plan" in the 'Choose' section, stated in the 'Review' section, and stated in the Checkout section of the order page). I understand and authorize Lean Chef Meal Prep (or its parent company) to charge the credit card I provided for each delivery I receive. Meal Plan will automatically renew every week until I cancel my service. I understand and authorize the credit card I provide to be charged the applicable total for my order prior to my initial meal delivery, and once per week thereafter prior to delivery.

CUSTOMIZATION OF MEAL PLANS

I understand and agree that while I can request customizations to my meal plan beyond the options provided on orders.freshnlean.com (order page), not all customization requests can be accommodated.  Lean Chef Meal Prep can accommodate requests to omit of up to three (3) ingredients (with some restrictions) of my choosing however I understand that requesting any modification to my meal plan can result in duplicate meals with every delivery, and that my meal plan will no longer follow Lean Chef Meal Prep’s menu.  I further understand that certain ingredients cannot be excluded from my meal plan. Ingredients: Onion, garlic, and carrot cannot be omitted from my meal plan, and I understand refunds will not be issued for the reason of an incorrect/inaccurate delivery if I request to remove any of the aforementioned ingredients from my meal plan.  Lean Chef Meal Prep reserves the right to change the list of ingredients which cannot be omitted from meal plans at any time without prior warning.

SHIPPING/DELIVERIES

I understand and acknowledge that my order with Lean Chef Meal Prep will delivered on the following Tuesday. All orders are delivered on a 'shipper release' basis with no signature required unless I make a specific request for a 'signature required' delivery.  Further, I understand that my Meal Plan order (weekly subscription delivery) will be scheduled for Tuesday deliveries. Delivery schedules can be altered upon specific request to Lean Chef Meal Prep customer service. In the Event of an order processing or shipping delay, my order may be delivered on Wednesday with notification from Lean Chef Meal Prep.  If a meal plan package is misplaced or delayed, and the transit time allowed by Lean Chef Meal Prep, arrangements can be made for a replacement package to be delivered. Modification to my delivery schedule may result in additional delivery charges.

MEAL PLAN CANCELLATION, PAUSES AND/OR MODIFICATION(S)

Meal plans subscriptions are a weekly automatically recurring service without any obligation to continue past the first delivery. “Meal Plans” can be canceled, temporarily suspended or modified at any time however there is a cancelation deadline for the current week’s delivery.  Requests received by Sunday 12:00pm (noon) EST can be applied to the following week's Meal Plan delivery (typically scheduled for Tuesday guaranteed by Wednesday). However, if a request to cancel, suspend, or modify a Meal Plan is received after Friday 12:00pm EST, the following week’s Meal Plan order will be processed without change and any modifications requested will take effect with the next delivery cycle.

REQUESTS FOR MEAL PLAN CANCELATIONS, PAUSES, AND MODIFICATIONS CAN BE PROCESSED BY CONTACTING THE LEAN CHEF MEAL PREP CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM;  BY PHONE (804) 221-7346, BY EMAILING LEANCHEFMEALPREP@GMAIL.COM.

NOTE: In order to successfully process cancellations and pauses by email or through the online contact form, all of the following information must be provided: Recipient/ shipping name, shipping address including zip code, valid email address and valid contact phone number.  We will need this information to locate your order and suspend future deliveries. If any of this information is incorrect or missing, Meal Plan orders may not be canceled, or paused.

BILLING

When you first sign up for a subscription to a Lean Chef Meal Prep Plan (a “Meal Plan” you are charged only for the first week of the Plan at the time of your Meal Plan selection. All Plans are continuous subscription plans, and you will be charged the applicable price listed for the Plan that you select on a weekly basis. If you wish to cancel or modify your subscription to a Plan, you can do so at any time as described in the “Cancel or Modify a Subscription” section below; however, except as otherwise noted below, any amounts charged to or paid by you prior to such cancellation or modification will not be refunded, and cancellations or modifications may not impact any order for which you have already been charged, depending on the status of the order.

Lean Chef Meal Prep may change the price of a Plan, introduce new Plans, or remove Plans from time to time, and will communicate any price or Plan changes to you in advance by email within seven (7) or more days’ notice. Price and Plan changes will take effect as of the next billing period following the date on which Lean Chef Meal Prep provided notice to you of the price or plan change. By continuing to use the Lean Chef Meal Prep Service after the effective date of a price or Plan change, you indicate your acceptance of such price or Plan change. If you do not agree with a price or Plan change, you have the right to reject the change by canceling your subscription(s) prior to the effective date of the price or Plan change. Please make sure that you read any notifications of price or Plan changes carefully.

Applicable sales tax may be charged on your order based on local and state laws.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, and you agree to be personally liable for all charges incurred under your account based on your delivery status as of the specified deadline. Your liability for such charges shall continue after termination of this Agreement.

 

NOTE: TO MAINTAIN THE BEST POSSIBLE QUALITY SERVICE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT MEAL PLAN CANCELLATIONS, OR MODIFICATIONS VIA VOICEMAIL.

 

RETURNS

All sales are final. I understand that any meals or other products purchased through/from Lean Chef Meal Prep online or over the phone, any of Lean Chef Meal Prep's partners or affiliates are often perishable food items and cannot be returned to the sender for a refund.

POLICY CHANGES

Lean Chef Meal Prep reserves the right to modify or delete any of our terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes do not nullify our rights if infringements or breaches occurred under a previous version of these conditions.

GOVERNING LAW

By visiting www.1015Fitness.com, you agree that the laws of the state of Virginia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Lean Chef Meal Prep.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Lean Chef Meal Prep, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, subsidiaries, and affiliates harmless from and against any claims, actions, demands, damages, awards, judgments, liabilities, and settlements including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees, expenses, and costs resulting from, or alleged to result from your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or any use by you of this website in any manner other than as expressly authorized in these Terms and Conditions.
